Help
Wishblock hosts a world and makes plugins for it out of what you ask for, in plain words. If something here does not answer it, write to us and a person will.
How it goes
- Name your world. Wishblock starts it, and a test world beside it.
- Say what you want: "pets that follow you", "no fall damage". That is a wish.
- The plugin is built and put in your test world first, so nothing breaks the world your friends are in.
- Try it there. If you like it, Add to my world. If you do not, change it, or undo it afterwards.
When something goes wrong
My world will not start. A world sleeps when nobody is on it and wakes when someone joins, which takes about a minute. If it is still not up after a few minutes, tell us the world's address.
My wish failed. Some asks are too big for one go. Try asking for the smaller half of it first. A wish that fails still spends part of your week, because the model did the work either way.
A plugin broke my world. Open the plugin and Undo last change, which puts the world back to the version before it. Removing the plugin takes it out altogether.
I have run out of wishing this week. Every plan gets a fresh week every seven days, and the Account tab says when yours comes back. A bigger plan is a bigger week.
Plans, and stopping one
Plans are weekly and are bought through the App Store. To change or stop one, use Account → Change or stop it in the app, or on the phone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Stopping it leaves you on Free at the end of the week you have paid for; your world stays, because hosting is included in every plan, Free as well.
Refunds are Apple's to give, at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a refund goes through, the plan ends here as soon as Apple tells us.
Deleting an account
Account → Delete account removes the account, its worlds and everything built in them, for good. Cancel any subscription first: deleting the account does not stop it, because only Apple can.
What it costs, and who can see what
Wishblock costs nothing to start: a world, a test world and a week of wishing are included on the Free plan. Paid plans are weekly subscriptions through the App Store, so Ask to Buy, Screen Time and Family Sharing controls work on them the way they do everywhere else.
What is kept about an account is listed on the privacy page, and it can be deleted at any time. There is no messaging between players in the app; the only people who can see a world are the ones invited to it.
