Minecraft plugin ideas, and what each one became
Every idea here was asked for in one short sentence by someone with a Wishblock server, and each one came out as a working Paper plugin on their server. The quote is what they typed; under it is what they got. Steal any of them: type it into the Wishblock iPhone app for a server of your own.

Commands every server wants
"Make an /echest command"
Type /echest anywhere and your ender chest opens, with the chest sound, no ender chest needed. /ec and /enderchest do the same.
"Make a /invsee plugin"
/invsee and a player's name opens everything they are carrying: inventory, hotbar, armor, off-hand, and a button for their ender chest. Move their items and it changes for them right away.
"Make a [brag] thing that when people put that in chat another player can click it in chat and see that person's inventory"
Typing [brag] in chat becomes a gold button anyone can click, opening a look-only window of that player's inventory, armor, hearts and level, which keeps updating while it is open.
Minigames
"Add racecars and a racetrack"
/racetrack builds an oval track with kerbs, barriers and a checkered start line; /racecar gives you a car you drive with W, A, S, D and Ctrl for turbo. Cross the line and it times your laps, with fireworks for a new best.
"Make a lava parkour with a twist"
/parkour builds a lava course where you stand, and each platform melts into the lava right after you jump off it, so there is no going back. Fall in and you return to your last checkpoint; the finish shows your time and your best.
"Make an ore mining minigame that gives you prizes depending on how you scored at the end"
/mine gives you 60 seconds in a sky cave full of ore. Each ore is worth points, and when time is up you get a rank and a prize to match, from bread up to a netherite pickaxe. /mine top shows the best scores.
"Make a minigame where it spawns 100 armadillos and you have a minute to kill as many as you can"
/rush scatters 100 glowing armadillos around you. A timer and your score sit above the hotbar, and at the end everyone sees who won.
"Make a wordle gui"
/wordle opens a clickable menu: click letter keys to spell a five-letter guess, and the board turns green, yellow or grey. Six guesses, and a nether star starts a new word.
New things in the world
"Add diamond seeds"
Diamond seeds, from /diamondseeds or now and then from breaking grass. Plant them on farmland, and once grown they break for two to four diamonds and more seeds.
"Custom trees"
A Tree Wand and twelve trees (rainbow, candy, crystal, gold, heart and more) that grow block by block where you point. Or build your own by picking its trunk, leaves, shape and size, and undo any tree you do not like.
"Add 5 boots enchants and 2 for each other piece of armor"
Eleven new armor enchants: Bouncy, Speedy, Springy, Swimmy and Stomper for boots, and two each for the helmet, chestplate and leggings. Hold a piece and type /enchants to see them.
"Can u make balloon realm"
/balloonrealm flies you to a cloud island with rainbow bridges and giant balloons to pop for treats. /balloon gives you balloons to hold so you float up; sneak to come down.
How to make one of these
- Start a free server at app.wishblock.net and give it a name.
- In the iPhone app, type the idea the way it is quoted above, or your own version of it. Short is fine.
- The plugin is written, compiled, checked to load, and put on your server. Join it from Minecraft: Java Edition and try it; if you don't like it, undo it.
Not everything comes out of one sentence. "Can you add skywars" is the one big ask that did not: a whole minigame with maps, teams and rounds is too much for one go. Ask for the smallest part first and build on it. See also making a plugin without coding.
